Students and teachers can no longer find their way. I have the problem now on 2 new campuses. Does anyone have a solution? Unfortunately the game is no longer playable under the circumstances :(

Thank you for the post, I'm sorry to here you are having trouble.

Can you let me know what platform you are playing on?

We are aware of this issue and are working hard to find a resolution. We have found that moving items around/closer to some of the NPCs with the error can help. Could you try this and let me know how you get on?

I play on PC. 

There are problems with the removal of objects and rooms. If the room is too far away, the employee can no longer find their way. I'm waiting for the fix from you and will only build small for now

Same issue here! Had this issue for the first time when I copied rooms. 

I'm on PC and I am also having the same issue. It seems to be a problem with the Campus getting to a certain size. For some reason if the teacher is too far away from the class they are supposed to be in they can't find their way there and so you end up with all of these red question marks above a lot of students as well. The only solution I have found for now is picking up the teacher from where they are and dropping them near the classroom they are supposed to be in. It doesn't 100% fix the problem because some of the students will still not be able to find their way to the classes but it does help a little until a patch fixes the pathing problem over larger distances.

We don't currently have a confirmed date for the next patch.

We are hoping to release a 1.5 beta on steam soon. This should mean that once we are happy, the console versions will follow as soon as they can after.

Unfortunately, it was not able to fix the problem with the faulty path finding for me.

I'm slowly losing the fun in the game... It's been 2 months since the error was reported for the first time. Unfortunately the game is not playable. Don't know why something like this isn't solved with a hotfix. Is there any news on the subject?

I’m also on the pc and having this issue. Iv also now found that I need a Robo Construction when I have space in other Robo Constructions to take the needed classes

I'm sorry that this bug is still causing you problems. 

So that I can see if there is anything I can do for you, can you send me your Two Point Campus folder?  To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to campus-support@twopointstudios.com.

Please include a link to this thread and a description of the problem in your email.

I'm also sorry to hear that you too have trouble.

The issue where rooms are "required" despite having enough on campus is also known. Other players have worked around it by that starting the year despite the requirement, or building all of the required rooms once the year has begun.

Can you try this and let me know how you get on?
