Hi there, 

In the wizarding level no janitors are spawning with the security skill, nor is it listed as a training option at the training centre. It worked in the previous level. The tool-tip saying "there are invaders, call security" does appear. 

Reloading (either reloading a save or restarting the level/game) doesn't seem to resolve the issue. 

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

No need to apologise! Thank you for the update.

We've sadly had no luck trying to recreate the issue. Our only thought is to try restarting Spiffinmoore. The security feature should be available as soon as the level loads.  

Are you able to send a screen shot? If you can provide any more information at all that may help us investigate, we would appreciate it.
