Working on the second college (Piazza Lanatra), and the guy doing the Cheesy Gubbins Promotion won't move. The progress is stuck at 67% and he's been here the whole year just standing around. Can't cancel the goal, building on top of him just jumps him out of the way, and can't pick him up and move him. Anyone else have this problem? I think I might have edited a classroom when he was inside and I didn't notice, that's the only thing I can think of!
