Summary / Title: [PC/Steam]  Breaking Point second star task (Level 5 Clubs) doesn't work properly

Description: To reach the second star on the Breaking Point campus, we're represented with a task to get 4 level 5 clubs. This quest is doable by adding only one club recruitment type at a time. For example, I only had General Knowledge students, and I placed the Speed Walking club stand and waited until it hit level 5. Next academic year, I deleted and replaced it with the Power-Nap club stand. I did this four times, and I got the quest done.

Reproducibility: 5/5

Expected Behavior: This task should require all of that at the same time and not one after another.

Notes: The General Knowledge course helped with this a lot because each year, new students arrived on campus.
