Summary / Title: [PC/Steam]  Breaking Point Plot 8 doesn't work properly

Description: In Breaking Point's management view, under plots, I can find an extra one called  "Plot 8". The ones from one to five work correctly, but six and seven are missing. Plot eight is not clickable on the map nor shows any UI for purchase when clicked from the management view.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Open  Breaking Point's management view
2. Click on "Plot 8"

Reproducibility: 5/5

Expected Behavior: Based on Sandbox Mode, this campus has a maximum of five plots, and Plot 8 should not exist.

Notes: I only tried and loaded this campus in champagne mode.
