This issue occurs rarely for me but is annoying. When modifying a building layout, sometimes doors or windows become bugged and aren't selectable to be deleted or moved. For windows I can use a workaround by removing the wall they are attached to and the game automatically prompts to delete them. For entrances however I can't find a solution.

Things I have tried:

1. Change maps, restart game, restart computer

       Had no effect

2. Delete the ground the entrance is on

       The game won't allow the ground to be deleted.

3. Add more ground around the entrance so that it is in the middle of a room and not on a wall.

       The game allows doing this even while showing a red outline around the bugged entrance but all I wind up with is an unselectable entrance in the middle of a building

4. Selling the building

       This also fixes the problem but can be a huge burden to move all the rooms to another empty building (if you even have one), wait for the building to re-build while classes are disrupted, and then move all the rooms back.
