I have a team of 17 janitors trained for level 10 security, however, they cannot remove even a single invaders during super fan invasion. This looks like a bug?

They are facing off with the music fans but nobody is being removed. This is post completion of the scenario (i.e. got all 3 stars) in career mode.

This is happening to me on Spiffinmoore as well (PC - Steam). The Janitors play the "notice/engage" animation when they see the intruder, approach them, but then they just run off and never play the "standoff/fight" animation. It seems to happen in doorways, 1 or 2-wide corridors, etc. Maybe there's an issue with the amount of space needed for the animation to trigger? Not sure why that restriction would be coded in though.

I'm having the same issue at Two Point University (PC - Steam).  I have 20 janitors, all trained in security and aero.  I remove all other tasks but security in the task list when there's an invasion.  They still just run around like idiots, occasionally stopping to stare at a Blaggard (I foolishly added Knight School) and then bravely running away.  Not once have they successfully removed even a single blaggard.  I can also confirm they have the problem in outdoor areas and wide corridors, though I first observed it on a different campus when they'd get stuck in doorways and just stare at the invaders without doing anything.

Hi Tansyar,

Sorry to hear this!

Are you on PC? if so, would you mind sending across your Two Point Campus folder? To do this follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to campus-support@twopointstudios.com

Can you also attach a DXDiag? The steps for this are in the following link: https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/201556491-Creating-a-DXDIAG-Report

Please include a description of the problem and a link to this thread when you send your email.

Thanks,

Chizel

Hi Chizel,

Thanks for responding!  I've sent the files.  The game file was too big so it went as a Google Drive link.  Hopefully that works.

Thanks,

Tansyar
