Per topic I can't seem to get any moles to spawn in this campus.   I'm in year 10 of my 2nd restart of this one to try and push past this issue, but can't seem to resolve.  Playing on Xbox.

Any ideas of something I might be missing, or a way to force them to spawn?

Perhaps this goes without saying, but I'm assuming you didn't accidentally skip over the tip that shows you how to identify the students who are moles, right? And you're aware that these are different from the little bookworms that pop up from the grouund.

I can't speak to how the game works, but it really feels like early in the tutorial in the first or second year it forces a mole to spawn to show you the process.

If that isn't happening, seems like a bug. That belongs in a bug report.

Yes, I even restarted and made sure to catch that first mole to understand the process.  

I went so far as to then expel every student 3 years in to ensure I did not miss one.

They're just not spawning.

Are you expelling the Spy students as you begin the year? If so none of them will be a Mole. The game decides to pick a Mole at random during the year and you'll get a Advisor message that will tell you a Mole is on Campus. Once this message appears the game has assigned a Student to be the Mole. If there are no Spy students on Campus then no Mole will be generated.

You could try to change the Student Intake for the Spy course to be 1 and this will guarantee that when a Mole is generated, your single spy student will be the Mole every time.

I guess, there's a missunderstanding: A "mole" doesn't mean the animal. It's a human, a spy, who works for a competitor.
