Hey there … so I got the PS5 version. After opening the enrollment edition I saw a code for some bonus items. So I went to the shop to enter the code - saw the items - clicked on them - error - code used 

in game I don’t have them. What can I do to get the items?

I'm sorry you're having this issue! We're aware of some problems with the DLC at the moment and have been in discussion with Sega and Sony regarding this. Could you confirm the items have not transferred to your library? You can do so with the following steps:

1- On the PS5 Home screen navigate to Two Point Campus
2- Check to make sure that the PS5 game is listed next to the image of Two Point Campus.
3- Press the Options button on your Controller (the three horizontal lines button)
4- Select "Manage Game Content" and on the next screen select the arrow icon to install the "Preorder Item Pack"
5- Once downloaded, start Two Point Campus and the items should appear in the Item List.
