Tried a few times on the PS store, keep getting "The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later".

The game was sealed so it's definitely not been used already. Is this a known issue?

I'm sorry you're having trouble redeeming the DLC! Can you please email us on campus.support@twopointstudios.com with 1)your PSN email address, 2)the region that your PSN account is registered to, 3)what store you purchased Two Point Campus from. We will then investigate with SEGA and Sony.

Sorry for not chasing up on this! We have been investigating this and believe they should now appear in your library. Could you confirm if the item is appearing in your library?

1- On the PS5 Home screen navigate to Two Point Campus
2- Check to make sure that the PS5 game is listed next to the image of Two Point Campus.
3- Press the Options button on your Controller (the three horizontal lines button)
4- Select "Manage Game Content" and on the next screen select the arrow icon to install the "Preorder Item Pack"
5- Once downloaded, start Two Point Campus and the items should appear in the Item List.

Just to close this off, I was eventually able to redeem the DLC.  Not via the instructions above (I think they are for the digital version) but simply by retrying the supplied code on the PS Store a few weeks later.
