Can anyone help? No matter what assistant I put in there to do with marketing they just walk out and/or go on break even though I've just put them in that room and have a campaign ongoing ? is this just a bug or am I doing something wrong as have more than enough assistants now (level 1 + 2's in marketing too) and dont know what else to do

I'm on ps5 if that's any help, it's also happening to the private tuition room next door but not

Staff members can decide to go on break from their jobs if they are not strictly required for it. Assistants in marketing can choice to stop mid-way with a campaign to satisfy their needs if one or several of them are low enough. After they are on break for a short while they should return to their job as normal. You can cancel their break early if you want them to continue a job for a while longer too.

The same can occur for Private Tuition rooms too with Teachers, Teachers however cannot take a break during class lesson as that would break the schedule.
