Hello

I am on PC and finished the first year and unlocked the second plot have plenty of money and empty space to build things but the second plot will not allow any rooms, decor, or anything at all to be placed in left half of the plot please help

I'm not OP, but am having the same (or a similar) problem. The rooms are all 'invalid' with red floors. They can sometimes be built, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes, trying to place an item in the room will give an incorrect "invalid item for this room type" message for, e.g., a bed in a dorm room.

I also noticed that, when selling and rebuilding the second plot, I can only build the campus building once and can't edit it after. When I try to edit it, I am given an "invalid door placement" message for every possible door location around the building, even if it's connected to a path and otherwise fine. I assume these are connected but idk.

If you are using Windows, you can find it here; C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\ (type %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\ in to file explorer) If you zip it up and attach to the thread we should have everything we need.
