As many of you, I pre order my game expecting to receive the items at TP Campus and Hospital as advertised. Now I wonder how can I get them.

I play on Ps4 - ordered the digital version for download.

Hi Jukaju, I didn't receive my pre-ordered items either for my PS4; I'm looking for the 3 main ones for Two Point Campus.

Same problem, but with the physical edition. The code supplied can't be redeemed.

I redeemed mine on PS5 - an error came up after clicking them and now the code is used and I have no items …

PS5 digital pre-order and can't find the items. Are they hidden really well (or need to be unlocked) or is there an issue with them appearing in-game?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience cause by this, we are working hard with Sony and Sega to resolve this issue. Could you confirm for me if the items are present in your library? You can do this by going through the following steps:

On PS4 can you please do the following:
1- On the Home screen navigate all the way to the right to your Library.
2- On the library screen, navigate down to your PSN account name and "Purchased"
3- Select Two Point Campus from this screen.
4- On the Two Point Campus screen, navigate down to "PlayStation Store"
5- Select "Your Add-Ons" on this screen.
6- Your Add-Ons should open and "Two Point Campus - Preorder" should be in the list.
7- Download this.
8- Once downloaded, start Two Point Campus and the items should appear in the Item List.

On PS5 can you please do the following:
1- On the PS5 Home screen navigate to Two Point Campus
2- Check to make sure that the PS5 game is listed next to the image of Two Point Campus.
3- Press the Options button on your Controller (the three horizontal lines button)
4- Select "Manage Game Content" and on the next screen select the arrow icon to install the "Preorder Item Pack"
5- Once downloaded, start Two Point Campus and the items should appear in the Item List.
