I’m so confused. Like I’m scratching my head trying to understand why my switch keeps telling me “Software closed due to an error” every time I try to subscribe and download a new mod. I like the custom mods and want to use them for my campus. I’ve already got some in my inventory and didn’t crash the first time I’ve used. Why does it do it now? Why the switch? Can someone help me please? I really want to get some more mods to decorate my campus.

Hoping an update is coming. I haven’t attempted any mods because my game crashes so often as is. Been playing for a week and I’ve lost count of how many times it’s happened.

Sorry to hear this.

It sounds like one of the mods you have is causing the problem. If possible, please log into mod.io in a browser and unsubscribe from your recent mods. By doing so, hopefully you will narrow down the mod that could be the issue.
