Just got the game would really like to play it but the screen has been stuck in the loading screen and wouldn’t load in, please help

Could you please tell me what platform you are on, and which loading screen is the issue?

Sorry I’m on ps5, today when I tried the game goes in then plays the intro video and then a black screen with a white dot, would really appreciate a fix please

Have you also posted this issue on Reddit? 

I have asked the Tech Team if they know the cause, but whilst I wait for them to get back to me, some users with similar issues in other games have found the HDMI cable to be the problem. 

Could you tell me if you are using the cable provided by PlayStation?

Yes it’s on Reddit as well, but I got it solved by installing the ps4 version 

I have the same problem on PS5. At the main menu screen it freezes and no inputs work. If you try to continue game you will get a black screen with a white dot on left screen. I have found the solution is to leave it alone for a few minutes and once it is loaded you will get the dlc videos in right top corner. Once you can see the videos evrything works fine. I have never seen this before where you have to leave a game for 5 minutes so it can load. It can't be right.
