I recently purchased this game. I am unable to start the first academic school year for the Piazza Lanatra (even though I've met the needed objectives). I've tried restarting the level from scratch multiple times with no luck. I need help.

Can you tell me what platform you are using?

If you could also share a short video of the issue, that would really help me, as I may be able to see the problem. For example, if you have any advisor messages on screen, make sure to clear them first.
