I have tried unplugging console and uninstalling game. Nothing has worked, submitted tech support request currently in relay.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. We are looking into the issue and working on a fix, could you clarify if you're experiencing the stuck on loading issue when loading the game as a whole or when loading into a level? Could you also confirm if the copy of the game is physical or obtained through gamepass?
