Ever since I started playing Mitton University, the star objectives have disappeared. They are not minimized. I can’t get stars, so I can’t move  on to any further levels. I’ve tried quick saving and going back to the map, then re-loading the level. That didn’t work. I tried re-starting Mitton University and that didn’t work either. So I deleted the save data and uninstalled the game and started over. Now the star objectives are gone even from the first campus. So, there seems to be no way for me to progress in the game. Please help! I am playing on switch. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you have lost your star objectives. 

It would be really useful if we could take a look at your game save. To do this, we firstly need to know the serial number of your Switch. Here are the steps to locate it. Please then email me using campus.support@twopointstudios.com.

Once I know the serial number, I will send you some more steps that walk you through how to upload your save file to me. We will use the saves to investigate further.
