Hi, i’m playing TPC on the ps5 and all of a sudden, it won’t go past last the loading screen (this started yesterday).

I can access the map just fine but when i try to go spiffinmore, the loading screen will just not move on.

On other campuses the students will also get very easily stuck. I had one student stuck in a door for 6 in game months at the knight school. There was nothing blocking the way, and the students weren’t bottlenecking. The student just decided to stand there. These problems have only happened recently.

I’ve tried to check for updates and I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it hasn’t helped

Sorry to hear that you can't load into Spiffinmoore. 

We are aware of the issue and we hope yo have it fixed soon.

With regard to your stuck students, can you tell me if a Quick Save/Load resolves the problem?
