Thank you for getting back to me.

Sadly there is no easy way to check this one. Can you confirm that you have unlocked all of the rooms and levels? 

Here is a list of all the illnesses. I would suggest that you take a look to see if you have definitely seen them all. I would then try to revisit each of your levels and play for a few more years to see if any that are unfamiliar appear. Illnesses like Reptile Dysfunction and Brain Farts take the longest to arrive. 

I would also have a notepad handy so that you can tick off each illness that you witness getting cured.

I tried wat you suggested, but it didn't work at first. I was playing Sandbox in Custom mode, and played some more years. After a while, the patients with the missing illnesses finally started to show up. I also made sure that they were getting cured. However, no progress on the trophy.

After that, I played some more of the career mode, which is where it actually did work. After a while, all 24 illnesses were cured and I got the trophy.

I guess I was playing the wrong mode then? Very weird, because the trophies from the other DLC's could be unlocked in Custom mode.
