Hi. I have 20% progress (according to Xbox tracker) on this achievement, even though I tracked every single illness according to this site: Fandom

Unfortunately, the achievement didn't pop when I was playing on PC. I shut down the game, started it on Xbox Series and tracked all illnesses one more time. It still didn't pop. The difference between the two are in language, on PC I played on Polish version while my console is always operating in English.

If the fandom is correct then 20% doesn't even make sense as there would be 24 illnesses and it would either give 21% (with 5 illnesses) or 17% (with 4).

In the meantime I managed to get 3 stars in Lake Tumble and 2 stars in both Molten Rock and Pointy Peak so I should have access to everything.

Small update as I managed to get the achievement. However, it's still not working as intended.

I decided to work on 3 stars in Pointy Peak. One of the requirements is to get 15 researches. I started doing the ones which boost my treatment rate (as they are the cheapest) and I noticed that every time I finished one I got 10% progress for that achievement. 8 researches later I got it. It's still incorrect though as it doesn't mathematically make sense as pointed in my first post. The denominator wouldn't allow it to reach 80% as an example.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your achievements.

The two achievements you have described sound different. The first for curing patients is "One Wise Cure-All". The second for doing research is "Your Own Medicine". Can you just double check that it wasn't the latter which popped? 

Let me know if you're still stuck anywhere. In the mean time, I have passed this information on to the relevant teams.
