I bought the Nintendo switch version - I have Two Point Hospital on both PC and switch and don't deal with lag on that game BUT the switch for Campus lags soooo much that sometimes it even force closes the entire game. Anyone else running into this and are there gonna be patches to fix this? I know it just came out but I was really disappointed to see all the constant lag spikes. 

The game gets laggy for me on PS5 after a while. I don't see a lot of hope for the Switch version if the PS5 can't handle this. But here's hoping.

I’m hoping there’s a patch that’ll fix it. It’s unbearable. Two Point Hospital doesn’t do this.

Alright well cool! Not ideal for the game to have launched in this state but I really appreciate Two Point games so I'm fine with supporting you with the two pre-orders I did! I am gonna wait for that patch though because I want to fully enjoy the game.

Very excited for this feed back thank you. Been loving the game regardless but would love it 1000000x more without so much lag!

So these posts were a year ago and I'm new to the game, had it about a month and the lag is a joke. Its been frozen for about 5 minutes now while I took to Google to see if there were any known issues with it.

Why does it do this on the switch? I'm only onto the 2nd campus?

I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing such lag on Switch. We're still doing everything we can to increase performance and stability, but I completely understand how frustrating it is.  

It would be really useful if we could take a look at your game save. To do this, we firstly need to know the serial number of your Switch. Here are the steps to locate it. Please then email me using campus.support@twopointstudios.com.

Once I know the serial number, I will send you some more steps that walk you through how to upload your save file to me. 

Please include a brief description of the problem, including things like what you were doing before you experience the lag/freezing and if the game unfroze, in your email.

Unfortunately I’m encountering the same lag, especially when I press the left button to bring up my “mail”. Happened after the game just crashed.

• What platform you are using? 
• How Built up is your campus?
• How often does this lag happen?

Knowing the above will really help as we investigate issues like this further.

Its almost 2024 and the game has extreme latency. It's lagging!!! I should have bought Two Point Hospital Jumbo Edition instead!
