I'm Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your achievement. This is a bug we are still investigating.

Something that worked for another player recently was the following:

• Save and Close your game (don't just put it to sleep).
• Remove your Xbox Profile from the Xbox.
• Go offline and then power down the console completely (Performing an "off and on again" helps ensure everything is running correctly and can rule out that a process, or something running behind the scenes, hasn't got stuck, in turn hindering others).
• Wait for 30 seconds to ensure there is no residual power in the system. 
• Power back on.
• Go online.
• Redownload your Xbox Profile.
• Boot Two Point Campus and complete another research project. 

Please try the above and let me know how you get on.

Just to be clear, the achievement is unlocked for you, but the progress has stopped on 44%?

I also want to take this opportunity to tell you that the two point hospital achievements are still stuck and are not unlocked by meeting the established requirements.

Hello, I encounter the same bug on Xbox Series S too.

Stuck a 80% for this achievement.

I think it stop the count when I obtained the gold medial for research , in the career.

After this I have done tons of research but still stuck…

There was already tons of achievements bug in Two Point Hospital, how is that possible that this is still a problem here … :(

I closed the game and restarted my console but still lock …

Thank you for your response.

I kept playing the same game. I was just doing research to get Kudos and it restart counting the number. I’ll go a bit more in detail.

I am playing on Xbox series X. The count stop a 80% ( 40/50). I was always connected to internet ( cable/ fiber , 0 problem on that side ). Because I was regularly checking the count I am sure that it stopped after I unlock the golden medal for research in career. Maybe it’s just coincidence.

I didn’t’ do anything special to make it work again. I just read on this forums that some says the count resets. So I kept doing research. 

I was playing on career, Two point University.

I was doing kudos and money research again for theses two courses : General knowledge and School of Thought.

Then for no reason it starts counting again.
But for sure, I didn’t do 40 research. So the count didn’t reset to 0. Is it possible that, because the golden medal needs 30 research, it resets here ? Like they reset at 0/30 when you start gold medal ? Because as I said, I did lots of research ( only have one then 2 research lab so it tools some times.). I wouldn’t be surprised if I did 10 research then it started again. Just hypothesis.

I know it’s not a lot, but I hopes it will help you. Until now, I don’t have trouble with any others achievements.
