In Piazza Lanatra, many of my students grades are plummeting, despite sending them for private tuition frequently. While having the student selected as the tuition ends, you can see no difference in the grade. I've put extra items in the rooms to boost learning power, but it hasn't helped. Also, some students are going to private tuition without being told, and as there's no way to cancel it or rearrange a queue, students who need tuition more urgently have to wait, and time runs out. I've placed a second tuition room but it hasn't helped. Any advice greatly appreciated, and thank you!

I couldn't get to 3 stars on this map because of this... I couldn't figure out no one's grades were raising!

Hey I think on one of the loading screens when hints pop up as you wait one of them said students get distracted if unhappy so their grades don't go up. Pretty sure I remember seeing that anyway. Have a check through your student list and see if the ones failing have anything bothering them besides their grades just incase

Apologies for the delayed response, I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue! Shadowstorm127 is correct, In order for the students to progress, they must have their needs fulfilled in order to earn better grades. This also goes for staff Happiness. You can view overall student and staff happiness in the Campus overview menu, as well as check the students in the student list. I have attached an image of where you can locate the campus overview.

If the issue is still occurring while students are happy, please let me know on this thread and I can update the devs further.
