I deleted my Two Point Campus save information for Nintendo Switch because I kept getting a message about an error occurring. How do I redownload the  PreOrder item pack?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble! 

I have grabbed the below steps from Nintendo for redownloading content. Can you give it a try?

1. Access the Nintendo eShop with the Nintendo Account that purchased the content.
   • The content can only be redownloaded by the Nintendo Account that originally purchased it.
2. Search for the game title that the content is associated with.
3. Select the game and scroll down to view all available Downloadable Content, below the game details.
   • If a DLC bundle was purchased (such as a season pass or expansion pass), you may first need to select the bundle to locate the individual add-on content it contains.
4. Select the previously purchased Downloadable Content. It will display Purchased instead of a cost.
5. Select Redownload to redownload the content.
   • The download for the DLC will begin automatically. You can check the download status on the HOME Menu.

All I see is theTwo Point Campus game, Space Academy and School Spirits.When I start the game it tells me downloadable content is not installed. The following downloadable content that was previously used in the save. The it shows PreOrder item pack and next to that it has a blue rectangle with Install written in it. At the bottom it says The following purchased downloadable content Is not installed, would you like to install it.Then it gives me option to cancel or continue.

I have the physical copy of the game. I tried clicking install and that didn’t work.  Then I tried clicking continue and that didn’t work either.

I'm investigating this further with the team. 

In the mean time could you please remove the game card, uninstall Two Point Campus, then reinsert the game card  and reinstall the game.

I have also got the below steps for you to try:

1. From the Main Menu of your Nintendo Switch, locate the tile for your game and press [+] on your controller.
2. Select [Software Information] > [Nintendo eShop].
3. Scroll down to [Downloadable Content] and select [View All Items].
4. Here you will see all owned DLC listed.
5. To download any of the DLC, select your Nintendo Switch Profile Image at the top-right of this screen to go to [Account Information].
6. Under the [Redownload] section, any DLC or games you own that you have not yet downloaded content for will be listed.
7. You can tap the cloud icon next to your game in this section, if listed, to download any DLC you own but have not yet downloaded to your system. This will automatically download all owned content.
