I unlocked the teleportation pad with research, but I can’t find the item to place it.

Any help?

Thanks for posting.

Once unlocked, the Teleportation Pad should be in the Exterior Items Menu (tree icon) as it cannot be used indoors. Have you tried searching for it there?
