Why does it seem like no one in charge cares at all that the game keeps crashing? I mean, people have been complaining for months now and it has not improved at all! You shouldn’t be selling the game on Switch if it doesn’t work! That’s just ripping of buyers. I love the game, but everytime I get two stars at any campus, the game keeps crashing like every 15 minutes. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE! It seems like something any serious company would work on day and night until thd issue is fixed, but you guys don’t seem to care.

We're really sorry about the crashes. I fully understand your frustration. 

Fixing crashes is our top priority and each update is improving overall stability. Our last update with School Spirits had a large amount of fixes for the Out of Memory crash in particular, but it is still possible to experience them. We're hoping that the next major update (which should be coming soon) will address some of the issues causing the crash you are experiencing. This one is to do with the navigation system in the game engine itself so even the smallest tweak can have major consequences For that reason it requires really careful testing which takes time.

Okay. I’m not having crashes because of memory issues, it just says unknown error every single time. Hopefully the next update will help, because I’m quickly losing my interest in the game because of the crashes.

This is the error I get frequently too!

The school spirits update have me 2 hours without a crash. Now it's back to every 20 mins or so
