Ghost expulsions not paying out

I started playing new DLC on my Xbox series s and each plot I do my expulsion on I’m not receiving the 15k reward I cleared cache and restarted my campus 3 times to no avail!!

Sorry to hear this! 


The rewards should enter you balance as soon as the Expulsion Ceremony finishes. We have not been able to recreate this yet. Would you be able to capture footage of the bug taking place to show me?

我也是xbox用户,也碰到了非常类似的问题。在DLC校园鬼魂的第一关,在已经解锁土地2的情况下(我已经能在上面建设校园建筑了),还继续提示让我“打败邪恶的幽灵”,导致我无法继续游玩,土地3及后续的土地都无法驱魔。


I am an xbox user and have a very similar problem. In the first level of Campus Ghosts in DLC, even after unlocking Land 2 (I was able to build campus buildings on it), it continued to tell me to "defeat evil spirits", resulting in me not being able to continue playing Land 3 and subsequent lands.

Ok.

I only have screenshots after the problem, which shows that I have been able to build on Land 2 (I took it to mean that I had defeated the evil spirits and completed this mission), while Land 3 is not allowed to continue the quest.


I also tried restarting the xbox, or exiting the game and re-entering, but nothing worked.I don't have the previous quick save anymore.


I am a Chinese player, maybe some English expressions are not very appropriate, I hope my feedback can help the game developers.

Thanks for the screenshots.


Unfortunately, it looks like your game is stuck because it hasn't completed the initial objective to defeat a Spirit. The only solution we can think of at the moment is to restart the level from scratch. 


Are you able to tell me if anything strange happened before you defeated the ghost initially? Did you fail at all? Did you have the damage bonus? 


To make it easier on yourself, make sure to save your room templates so that you can rebuild quickly.


We will continue to investigate the issue.

All I can remember is that I clicked the button for Land 2 and Expusion caremony began. And then I concentrated on building land 1, not looking at land 2. After a while, I saw the following picture (which I found on the Internet) and then I started building on Land 2. I don't remember failing or anything like that.



Another thing is, I remember the time I was wondering why I can't see the first star task conditions, because I used to play the other tasks from the beginning will show star task conditions. But I guess it doesn't matter what we're talking about, it's just a reference.

did this get figured out? I am having the same issue and after struggling for 2 school years I restarted and I still have the same issue. I've recently redownloaded the game and have only played this level. Playing on PC. I thought it might be showing up in the XP bonus but as you can see there is no sign of the 15k anywhere in my income
