I have been messeging both Sega and Amazon because some of my Amazon Prime loot wasn't showing up.
I made a point of claiming everything that was released through Prime, or at least as much as I could. One of them was the Ninja Girdle which I 100% claimed. I think I even have screenshots of it because support asked for them.

After a few months of going back and forth, both parties told me they run out of options and even though they saw the item claimed, it just won't show up in-game. New loot just dropped for TPH and when I went to claim it and looked over my account, I see a whole row of items I had previous show up as "claimed"now show up as "unavailable". Thing is that some of my claimed content shows up as "claimed"and lots also show up as "unavailable" even though I am 100% sure I claimed them.

I saw lots of posts with people saying they have problems with Prime loot showing up (as did I), but now recently claimed loot seems to be removed? Has anyone else happen this? I guess I should go ahead and jump into the whole two and fro between Amazon and Sega again.
Shame that it seems so buggy as I do appreciate the Prime loot, but at this point it's just crossing fingers if it works.

One items that isn't showing up that is Prime exclusive is the Ninja Girdle. Thought I should mention it. Same goes for the extra in-game currency.

Sorry to hear you have had trouble with the loot drops.

Have you been over the FAQs on Amazon Games website? 

Some things players don't realise is that the drops can only be claimed for one account and on one save. If you have deleted the save or started another, then you will not have the items. Could this be the case for you?

I've just noticed that as well, I've claimed correctly the Ninja Girdle and now it's not showing up in game...
