If I have a teacher working in private tuition, does their subject skill level matter, or is it only their private tuiton skill level that affects their boost? So basically if I have a robotics teacher, do I need to max out both robotics and private tuition, or is just private tuition enough to get the best results?

Does it require the teacher to have the same course as the student being tutored then? Or can any teacher with private tuition tutor any student in any course?

Yes, they will need to have the specific course to be able to tutor it, but the course level can be low.
