Loving the game so far keep it up :) Any tips for a newbie ?

a game changer for me was to make bedrooms small like 3 x 5 or something like that and put as much wall decor and rugs to get prestige to 10, get maybe around 8 beds in there. Make sure you have just 5 students per bed, copy that bedroom if that ratio goes any higher. saved a lot of space for me and therefore, more room for other stuff without expanding too fast!
