Is the only way to increase salary to click on each staff member and increase it that way?

In TPH you could do it on the staff overview screen, but it's not there in TPC

Yeah I hope they bring that back into this game, very annoying having to do it 1 at the time. Also would love to see an option to lower the salary.

Check out the Policy section in the Campus Overview. There are some global options there. Pretty well hidden though.

Thanks, I found that last night, but I don't want to increase all staff.

I loved the table view in TPH where you could increase each one individually until they were happy. TPC only allows % increase to all at the same time and I can't see when they move from orange/yellow face to green happy face.
