I am new to the party.

I just recently purchased the game, the enrolment edition (physical copy) that came with a two point bonus pack download codes.

When I tried to redeem on ps store, it worked the very first time and showed the three items available to download. However once I clicked 'continue', it crashed and did not look like anything had been downloaded. And obviously I tried and could not redeem again.

Every time after getting into the game, there is a prompt asking me to install the pre-order items, once I click on it, it just said the content could not be accessed.

Any idea how I can fix this?

I know it's an old question, but I could not find a way to solve this. (I already sent an email to campus-support@twopointstudios.com but no reply so far)

Appreciated any help!

Platform: PS5

Disc: PS4 (I downloaded and installed the free upgrade to PS5)

Region: Australia (I opened an australia ps account to redeem the code, so no issue on the region I guess)

I also contacted campus-support@twopointstudios.com but disappointingly have not received a response yet. I hope they get back to you soon with a solution.

I've just bought the Enrolment edition (switch)  yesterday, and my redeem codes were not working too! There was a pop up window saying the bonus packs are not released yet, which is not true. Disappointing!
