 I have 2 courses and reached end of semester. I have 30 course points already, now how can I add another course.. It says there are nothing to add ??

Are you still on Freshleigh Meadows? To Unlock more Courses for use among your campuses you need to progress through different Campus's along the Meta-Map. The Second Campus to build will be Piazza Lanatra, Which will Unlock Gastronomy and Funny Business.
