I tend to fail a lot of the personal challenges, it would be nice if the students at an icon over their head that they wanted something, or the pop ups would pop up more often. It was a feature I really liked in the original two point hospital. There are so many students it's hard to keep track of who you may have already fulfilled their goal, especially with items always increasing you can use, or even just a way to make that feature more noticeable.
