In other games I have played there was a way to make the walls to down - making paths and decor easier to do.  Is there something like this in two point that I am missing?

For customising there's loads of control over the camera so you can see every detail of a room or area, I like being in a top-down "bird's eye" view when I'm doing outdoor landscaping like paths or fences, and more zoomed-in for inside areas (:

When you're decorating rooms, there's no option to have the walls disappear, however, you can zoom in or out as well as fully rotate the camera to see every corner and wall in each room. There are a lot of items that belong on the walls, so hiding them would be a shame! You can even customise rooms to change the wallpaper and flooring
