Hey I got the explorer edition and the gold extras, skin, toilet, cant remember the others and I watched Ron Empire's stream and got all the twitch drops - when I came to load the game a message came up saying that this are not available now and there was no way to retrieve them - can anyone help?

Silly question but has the game logged you out? When I start the game, I occassionally get a pop up to say the golden items are no longer available as I am no longer logged in to Two Point. Log back in and everything is back including the Twitch items.
