On the Bungle Wasteland map I found after a while my Robo Janitors would go haywire state and the Robo Security guards would no longer be able to interact with them to fix them. If I drop a robo guard on top of one that is haywire normally it has the white outline and they start to fix it but the white outline doesn't appear and the guard doesn't do anything when they are bugged. I've made sure the guards have the fix haywire enabled. The only way to fix it I've found is to sell the robo janitors and build new ones but it resets their levels and wastes any upgrades. It normally doesn't happen the first time they go hay wire as most reach level 2 before it happens. This makes the robo janitors pretty much useless since they still scare guests and other staff when walking around but I am completely unable to fix them.

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Build Robo Janitors and wait for them to go hay wire.
Step 2
After the 3rd or 4th time I found they will become unable to fixed by robo guards.
Step 3
Dropping robo guards on top of them does nothing and the white outline is no longer there.

Hello,

Sorry to hear this!

So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

Thanks,

Chizel
