It was fine when the museum was small, I had one staff and they were mostly good, they were taking their own breaks regularly.

But then they just, walked out of the gift shop while they were fine, all bars full, didn't need a break, and were just taking selfies and stuff, not doing anything at all and I was getting warnings for no staff in the gift shop. Hired another and they worked for 2 seconds and went off and did the same thing. Tried again and still same.

I have zones in place that I've assigned them to, and limited their roles to gift shop. I've tried to close game and open multiple times. I've not played a two point management game before so not sure if this is personality quirk stuff, but their mood is fine.

I will probably restart as this has affected my flow but if I've done something wrong like built it in the wrong place, I would like to know for future attempts whether this is a bug or my lack of understanding.

Hello,

Sorry to hear this!

Does this still occur after a save/load? Could you also tell me if any of the assistants are assigned to zones outside of the Giftshop?

So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

Thanks,

Chizel
