So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum (TPM) folder and a DxDiag?
To find your TPM folder, follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option), then attach it to your bug report/reply. Please let us know which save slot to look in too if that’s where your issue occurs!
Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick.

I have a bug in my Wailon Lodge map. It has been there for a while, in hopes that the missing portal will spawn. Now I am losing hope for easy fix.
The other nether portal never spawned when I purchased the new part of the map. The other portal never appeared, or if it spawned and my staff got rid of it, it never registered.
I thought that if I just keep progressing, it spawns but I think I am stuck.
I emptied the section where it should spawn in hopes of triggerin it, but it did not help.
I have over 100 hours in so I really don't feel like restarting the game.
