I'm filling this form after the answer of one of your team on Steam.
This is my original message there (Bold is intended to make your reading easier, there is no provocatory intent, i appreciate your games and the time you spent in helping the community =)
After this rapidly became my favorite game, it started to crash every single time, and not even after some hours. At first, i notice that i just cannot do anything else while i'm playing. Not discord with friends, not Spotify. But when everything else is closed, it always runs smoth. Now, i'm around 70 hours in it, have all the museums i could have (curator level 3, i think? Maybe 2?) at two stars, and now everytime i play it's a matter of minutes (sometimes seconds) and my PC shots down. I verifyed integrity of all files (V), update every single driver (V), I also put everything very low quality (too low to play decently, but i wanna check it out) (V) and low the guests amount to 300 (V). I try the trick of Settings > Display > Graphics and disable Windows optimization for full screen, other then crossing the option for, of course, my GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti), i also add manually the game in NVIDIA app for be sure it uses my Graphic Card. At the very end, i think it was in same mesure my fault, applying to much decoration (?), so i try to play in a pop-up museum (Marketing quest). It runs for almost five minutes, then shouts down my pc. This is the only game i've ever experience with this new PC that gives me all this problem. I really don't understand why this problem it's intesified so much today and after hitting the 70 hours (?). It's very frustrating, because i really want to play, try the new expansion, ecc., but i really have try everything. Asking for any suggestion.
