Let me start by saying that this is the second time this happens for me. The previous time I didn't submit a bug report because I thought it was somehow my fault and that I loaded the wrong save, but turns out it's not.
I have created a new save game in the campaign mode. I have not yet played in Pebberley Heights, nor Passwater Cove, yet when I click on them, there are already museums (level 5 and level 15) from a previous save game. I had deleted all of my savegames (within the UI, not within my pc files), so this is especially curious.
I have opened Pebberley Heights and I'm at the part where I have to unlock the Moon and the old museum is fully loaded. However, when I want to do an expedition, I don't even have the Known Universe unlocked yet... I'm pretty much entirely stuck.
EDIT: I think the issue has to do with the fact that I play on 2 devices, I switch between my gaming laptop and my gaming desktop, depending on where I am sitting to play. My current hypothesis is that if I have been playing on my laptop, removed one save game for slot 1 and then start a new career, when I open it on my desktop, my desktop doesn't know I deleted the old savegame and loads that one. I haven't tested it yet, but I think that's it.
