While this isn't an actual bug, I'm not sure where to report it and it impacts gameplay for me a lot. It is very frustrating not to be able to turn off the radio on the captions (this option appears to exist for auditory listeners while still getting the other audio, to determine which audio they receive). Captioning shows all possible audio streams which run constantly, making it very hard to discern the more concrete parts of the story for the game and be alerted to things that might need attention in the museum. Adding an option to add "Important Captions only" or individual streams on or off based on the audio (or separate) would make for a much, much better experience and ability to get the full story for deaf and hard of hearing players. I imagine it would also help hearing players that want to play with sound off (it could benefit a lot of players). Thank you!!
