My supernatural experts won’t respond when I call for them to restore a spirit. I’ve double-checked assigned tasks, with and without zoning, expert qualifications, and even deleted the room. Created an empty one (no way the path was blocked) put the ghost in, and watched all 3 experts ignore it.

 It’s a small museum so they’re not too busy, they just ignore it. If I’m lucky, they’ll tend to a different ghost, but only when they feel like it. 

I don’t know if this makes a difference, but it’s the two gentlefolk spirits. They occasionally check in on the plebeian.
