Step by step of the bug

I have restarted the game multiple times
Step 2
I have restarted my PS5 multiple time and the problem persists
Step 3
uninstalled game and restarted it again and still it crashes constantly

My game on PS5 keeps crashing once I am able to get in to the game. A lot of the time I can't even get into the game! Its not just one museum it is all of them at some point.
It just stops working and then the screen comes up asking if I want to report the error which I always report but the problems still continues
It is making it unplayable at the moment so looking for suggestions on what to do please?
