I'm having integration issues. Nothing is showing on stream, although I'm fully linked properly and the game is set up on Twitch correctly, and it used to work properly before. Nothing shows working but it says I'm connected.

Step by step of the bug

Load Game

Step 2

Look at Settings

Step 3

Shows Connected to Twitch and Persist Connection is on

Step 4

Go to map

Step 5

No Spendium

Step 6

No Viewer Hires

Step 7

Viewers don't have channel point redeems or ability to make themselves

Step 8

Resetting game doesn't fix

Step 9

Reconnecting doesn't fix.

At first I had the same issue as SlightlyChaotic. Testing today, I found that symptoms had changed slightly.

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

Start game.

Step 2

Check in Settings that Twitch is connected; game claims it is.

Step 3

Start any level.

Step 4

Spendium appears present, and the tab for viewer-defined staff is present, at first.

Step 5

At this point, a viewer might successfully create a staff member and add them to the list.

Step 6

Click the Spendium icon to show the list of perks, or select the created staff member to hire them.

Step 7

After a few seconds, the Twitch Integration features disappear.

Step 8

Disconnecting and reconnecting Twitch might allow looping from Step 3, or might have no effect.

I found today that reinstalling the game fixes the interactions. Steps given below.

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

Integrations are disappearing when interacted with, as described above.

Step 2

Make sure save files are backed up on Steam Cloud, then uninstall and re-install the game.

Step 3

Next time the game is started, Spendium and viewer staff work properly. Channel-point events do not.

Step 4

Quit to desktop.

Step 5

Remove the "Random/Positive/Negative museum event" Channel Point rewards from the list.

Step 6

Restart the game, disconnect from Twitch and reconnect, and enter any museum.

Step 7

Everything works again!
