(I don't know if this has already been highlighted, as there are a few different helicopter issues at present, so please let me know if this is a known issue 👍)
If your helicopter is just back from an expedition and is in the process of letting out staff or actually landing, it is possible to prematurely launch a new expedition before it's fully ready by going to the map from the sticker book screen.
If you do this however, the expedition launches before the chopper has properly landed; staff climb into mid air and vanish, and a crate appears immediately on the landing pad but cannot be interacted with. You can't cancel the expedition, and the drag demolition trick doesn't work to get rid of the helicopter either. Save/reload doesn't work. So, I'm stuck with an expedition I can't cancel, a chopper I can't get rid of, and missing staff.... 🫣
