I have been afflicted by the invalid nav bug that is going around. Seems to be especially affecting the Passwater area.

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

before latest patch I haven t seen this issued before

Step 2

Just put the staff into a water area.

Step 3

restart console and re install both doesn t work.

Hotfix - 2.0.183395 (Latest)

I am having the same issue on Windows, specifically Passwater Cove. I am unable to drop staff in a particular area, receiving the "Invalid Navigation" message. Closing and reopening the game does not fix the problem.
