The scroll is listed at “RS” when it should be “LS” as it is the left stick that has the functionality.

Also if I’m in the expedition cargo menu I cannot scroll down to the very bottom of the list of cargo items. I can get to the XP-dition Journal or sometimes if I’ve restarted the game I can get to the First Aid Kit but if my cargo menu has all possible workshop created items I cannot scroll down any further and the box will shoot round to the top to start scrolling through again.
