Hello,
Sorry to hear this!
So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum (TPM) folder and a DxDiag?
To find your TPM folder, follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option), then attach it to your bug report/reply. Please let us know which save slot to look in too if that’s where your issue occurs!
Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick.
Thanks,
Chizel
I've tried making zones, I've tried moving all the staff rooms closer to the exhibits, I have made sure they're paid well and they have restoration as a task. I've even hired a new person or two.
It doesn't matter what I do they don't restore the exhibits unless I pick them up and drop them in front of the exhibit. Once they restore that exhibit they ignore all the other ones that need restoration I've called people to restore.
I should also note that the dusting icon doesn't go away even after they have restored the exhibit, I have to manually unflag it for restoration.
